  • Detoxication of pesticide and other toxic substance remains in soil with the help of nanomaterials

    Intensification of agricultural production involves a large – scale use of fertilizers, plant protection means against pests, diseases and weeds, all those are used within various modern agro-technologies, which leads to soil intoxication with residual amounts of pesticides and agrochemicals. Therefore, a comprehensive approach is necessary for preparing the soil for further sowing. We have carried out the research using activated carbons obtained from agricultural residues.

  • Monolithic flooring based on reactive oligomers

    Development of new industries, especially in the chemical, petrochemical, electronics, mechanical engineering industries and nuclear power, put forward the need for flooring with a specific chemical resistance, with minimal sorption in mild decontamination; significantly increased the need for dust-free floor coverings. The paper defines the requirements for materials for solid flooring; take into account the specifics of the polymer cements and mortars in the floor construction, as well as lists developed after various formulations for flooring.

  • Nanocomposite organic-hybrid materials

    In this article is reviewed the nature of organic hybrid nanocomposites. Promising directions in the field of organic hybrid nanocomposite materials will be methods for the synthesis of multicomponent materials, as well as the type of "net net" and "host-guest". The fundamental problem with the chemistry and physics of nanocomposites is dependent "structure-property". Solving this problem will move from research materials to their purposeful design.

  • Spraying of nonisocyanate insulation foams

    This article describes a method for producing two-component nonisocyanate insulating foams and technology of its spraying on the insulated surface. It describes the device, which, along with standard equipment, includes principally new design of components pre-mixing chamber. Constructive solutions described in the article will allow using the compositions which have different time and temperature of curing than conventional PU foams.

  • Liquid glass and aqueous solutions of silicates, as a promising basis for technological processes of new nanocomposite materials

    The properties of the water-soluble high-modulus silicate systems: based on alkali metal polysilicates called liquid glass and chain their transformation from lower to higher oligomers, with the subsequent formation of colloidal solutions - silica sol. The methods of preparation, properties and applications of water-soluble high-modulus silicate systems. The possibilities of their use as a binder and modifying agents for various nanostructured composite materials. The examples of promising areas of application of liquid glass and high modulus of aqueous solutions of silicates in construction and industry. In particular show the possibility of using liquid glass and aqueous solutions of silicates in the production of nanostructured silicate polymer. In space engineering for manufacturing water-destructed mandrels used in the manufacture of solid rocket motor casings and pressure vessels 'cocoon' of composite materials by winding. The application of the inorganic sol to obtain a nanocomposite ceramics and monolithic blocks of silicon oxide, which can be used in various fields of modern technology. The possibility of using silica sol as a binder for refractory ultra-lightweight shielding materials used to protect equipment from high impacts. The directions of development of the production of new acid-resistant materials and linings for protection of chemical equipment, parts and components operating in corrosive environments.

  • Nanotechnology treatment of seeds with (nano) chips

    Nanotechnology is a technological breakthrough in agriculture, have great potential because they allow you to combine economic efficiency and natural ingredients to solve many problems in agriculture. To achieve high efficiency in agricultural production in recent years, using new agrobionanotehnologies. Authors of this article is working on the development of environmentally safe (nano) technology treatment of seeds of different crops using multi multifunctional biologically active (nano) chips. The obtained test results allow us to conclude about the prospect of being developed (nano) technology pre-sowing treatment and training opportunities 1-2 applications for patents on new research conducted in the development of the developed concept of «non-pesticidal agricultural products.

  • Experience of innovative development abroad

      Today in Russia, unfortunately, the science is one of professions, is far not so popular, as the lawyer, the financier or the programmer. At the same time competitiveness of modern economy depends both on separate scientific and technological achievements, and on technologies of management of an innovation in the various countries.     Recently (on March 26-27 of this year) there passed the international NanoIsrael-2012 conference which showed considerable successes of the world community as in basic researches in the sphere of nanotechnologies, and in creation of real innovative productions in this area of the industry. One of the main sponsors of conference was also RUSNANO which presented information on nanoindustry development in Russia.   • Innovative process and innovative engineer

      Basis of social and economic development of modern society is implementation of continuous innovative process. In a general view and in final realization innovative process means carried-out sequence of stages and stages of an embodiment of idea of a possible innovation in development, production, sale and diffusion of the new innovative product briefly called by "innovation". A basis of innovative process, its basis, purposeful activity of direct performers of innovative development is. Methodologically innovative performing activity is made according to order, rules and the recommendations defined by innovative engineering. In article the terminological difference of the concepts "innovation" and «innovative process» is analyzed, and the analysis of different definitions of an innovation leads to a conclusion that the specific maintenance of an innovation is made by the changes being the main function of innovative activity.
