  • Theoretical bases of construction of regional monitoring systems

    Abstract: The article describes the theoretical and practical bases of formation of a regional system of monitoring technospheric security. Author's concept of a systematic approach to the solution of important scientific and technical problems. In particular, based on the literature review and the results of their own research found that for the purposes of implementing and monitoring the status of long-term forecasting of health and safety it is logical to apply the structure of the monitoring function of the feedback and the integrated forecasting, constructed using the principle of synergy of the elements.

  • Scientific and technical support for closure of unviable coal mines on the basis of systematic analysis of information

    Abstract: The article is devoted to the description of the results of scientific research in the field of substantiation of the programme of action in the restructuring of the coal industry. The main attention of the authors focused on ensuring the environmental security of organizational and technical measures. It is shown that the goal of environmental protection on the territory of the liquidated mines can only be achieved when forming the production program considering the results of a comprehensive study of the object and its relationship with the external environment (geo-environment, groundwater and surface hydrosphere and atmosphere) with using theories of system analysis and prognostics. In particular, based on the analysis of scientific publications on the subject and the results of their own research to determine leading factors of negative impact on life safety of the population and the requirements of the forecast system. In the final part of the article provides information on the implementation of the methodology of research into practice.

  • Modeling and parameterization of the questionnaire "citizenship and patriotism" to assess the general cultural competence

    Abstract: This article explores the options and features profiles "citizenship and patriotism," designed for the study of general cultural competence of students by self-assessment. As a measurement model used polytomous Rasch model. Incoming data obtained via the questionnaire "citizenship and patriotism," The characteristics of survey participants and indicators profiles, proved their suitability to assess the level of formation of personal qualities that affect the general cultural competence. Recommendations to finalize the questionnaire.

  • The method of calculation of efficiency of thermal secondary energoresursov without changing the aggregate state industrial wastewater

    The relevance of this article stems from the situation in the energy sector. For issues of a more efficient use of the thermal capacity of industrial wastewater this article describes the method of determining the efficiency of heat utilization of industrial wastewaters produced during the implementation of thermal processes of service enterprises, as secondary energy. Conducted system analysis of the technological regime cards washing clothes in order to identify the energy potential of wastewater. Based on the analysis of the conditions of production of thermal equipment is composed of a heat balance, thermal process equipment, the methods of determining the heat capacity of industrial wastewater and the amount of saved fuel by use of this energy potential. As the calculation of the financial cost of additional heat exchanger regenerative type, the use of which allows to implement a system of heat utilization of industrial waste water as the heating fluid.
