  • Methods for diagnosing engineering objects based on neural networks

Rail transport plays a key role in the transport of passengers and goods. The high demand for effective means of flaw detection of high-speed rails, which is an important component of railway safety, is justified by the constantly growing number of vehicles and their speed [2]. Failure of elements of the railway infrastructure entails huge losses. In this regard, the analysis and forecasting of the state of elements of the railway infrastructure is an urgent task. This article analyzes modern methods for diagnosing the state of a rail track from a mobile bogie or a conventional locomotive. A method for diagnostics of a rail track is proposed, based on registration of vibrations near the rolling surface of rails and processing these signals using neural networks.

Keywords: rail flaw detection, wheel surface, algorithm, IMM, MEMS, control system, inertial sensor, rail defect, contactless measurement

The paper presents the characteristics of wind and solar resources of the Southern Federal District on the basis of which the assessment of the prospects for introducing innovative innovations such as perovskite photovoltaic cells and Vertical-axis wind turbines into the process of district energy production is given.

Keywords: Vertical-axis wind turbines, alternative energy source, wind power, wind turbine, renewable energy source, perovskite photocell, solar battery, solar energy, energy resources of the Southern Federal District, energy saving

  • Introduction of media facades to urban space: constructive and architectural solutions

The paper presents the characteristics of the leading types of media facade constructions on the market, on the basis of the analysis of which the prospects for the introduction of technology into the urban space were evaluated. The article also describes the main types structural and architectural solutions that determine the rationality of the use of a particular type of media facade.

Keywords: media facade, cluster media facade, framed media facade, frameless media facade, modular media facade, LED, architectural lighting, LED screen, media facade design, interactive facade

  • Outriggers of high-rise buildings

The article deals with the problems of using structural systems with outriggers for high-rise buildings. The analysis of various designs is carried out, the features of their work are specified, the advantages and disadvantages are identified, the areas of their application.

Keywords: high-rise building, structural system, outrigger, skyscraper, column, core of rigidity, strength, reliability, horizontal load, aerodynamics

  • Investigation of surface morphology and electrical silicon film after laser annealing

Currently, laser annealing are widely used to create a polycrystalline silicon film, which is promising for use in thin film solar cell, and transistors, liquid crystal displays and sensors due to recrystallization of amorphous and nanocrystalline silicon films. The study of morphology and surface conductivity of single-crystal silicon film on a glass substrate by laser annealing power. Laser annealing is carried Nd: YAG laser with a wavelength of 532 nm, speed of movement of the stage with a specimen of 5 mm/s and a laser power ranging from 34 to 86 watts. The laser beam was focused on the sample in the form of a narrow line width of 10 microns and 60 mm in length. The dependence of the size of the nanocrystals and the conductivity of silicon films on the power of the laser annealing radiation. It is shown that the power of the laser radiation in the range of 60 to 70 W is optimal for the best electrical parameters silicon film for the purpose of its use in high-performance thin-film solar cells.

Keywords: silicon film, laser annealing, surface morphology, electrical conductivity, thin film solar cell

  • Problems of readiness of contemporary Russian youth for family formation: ideal and real behavior models

Readiness of contemporary youth for formation of stable marriage-family relations is a necessary factor forming stable functioning of a society and also a determining factor of social and national security, which is very essential nowadays in the conditions of non-stability, various challenges and risks. Compatibility/non-compatibility of ideal behavior models of the contemporary youth with the real models in the chosen aspect represents itself as an important criterion of determination of readiness/not readiness of youth for family formation. Today there have been distinguished the factors influencing the formation of an ideal partner of other gender, these are family (parents, relatives), referent groups, first experience of communication with other gender, mass media, etc.

Keywords: youth, Russian youth, student youth, family, marriage, gender, model, behavior model

  • Conflict character models of driving in Russian society: the influence of gender stereotypes

Studies of social stereotypes and stereotyping mechanisms as part of the process of social cognition occupy priority places in the research of images of interacting partners. The problems of accentuation stereotypes in real behavior and activity of individuals in the field of road traffic (drivers, pedestrians, representatives of DPS) today only acquire some shape, but has not yet been properly addressed to. Traditional studies of gender stereotypes, unfortunately, are not able to uncover the underlying mechanisms of perception, which "create and run" the process of stereotyping due to specific reasons, objectively contained in the activity of subjects of interactions on the road. Attempts to detect and describe these mechanisms require research of real interactions of the subjects and objects of stereotypes, namely those and their specific characteristics that contribute to the emergence and actualization of gender stereotypes. The importance of this article is determined not only by the prospects of the development of theories of stereotypes as forms of everyday consciousness, but also the possibility of using some of the ideas for positive change of life of road users, accompanied by a high level of conflict, risk, interaction and challenges related to different factors of social reality. Gender stereotyping of subjects of road interactions are important factor clearly uncommitted to objective rules and norms of the culture of behavior on the road.

  • Gender analysis of contemporary student youth behaviour: applied research

Studies of gender and family dynamics in society are of great interest for foreign and domestic scientific communities. The results of studying the trends in these areas from the point of view of the students about the "ideal behaviour" of modern men and women are very important, as the social group of young people has always been and is a specific indicator of the state of the society. Today, the availability of various models of the behavior of the sexes is significantly determined by the media. However, new, variable "patterns of behavior" in society does not mean denial of traditional patterns of conduct of men and women. Despite some "westernization" of the young Russians, the national gender factor "works" thereby consolidating society and preserving the national identity of individuals.
