The article presents the compositions and technology of preparation of fine-grained concrete using modifying additives and superplasticizers. It is proposed to use waste from thermal power plants in the form of carbon black as a modifying additive. Depending on the amount of soot, parameters of the mobility of the mixture and indicators of compressive and flexural strength were determined. The optimal consumption of soot waste in the amount of 1.0% of the binder weight was established, at which the maximum parameters of the mobility of the mixture and the strength of fine-grained concrete were obtained. The complex effect of soot waste and super-plasticizer on the change in the physical and mechanical properties of concrete is considered. The combined use of soot and a plasticizing additive in a 1:1 ratio contributed to an increase in the mobility and tensile strength of the hardened fine-grained concrete during compression and flexural stress. The method of electromagnetic activation in a linear induction rotator was used to prepare dry mixtures.

The article considers the concentration dependence of dust particles PM2.5 and PM10 on a curb stone on a number of influencing parameters. According to the data of field measurements, a quadratic regression equation was compiled, according to which the factors that have the greatest influence on the spread of fine dust near the roadway were determined. The results of mathematical processing of experimental data are presented in the form of a graph of the confidence area of the observed and predicted values constructed using the STATISTICA software product.

The article discusses the speed and direction of the wind as one of the key factors affecting the spread of carbon monoxide in the linear city of Volgograd. It also investigates the intensity and rolling stock of the traffic flow, which have a negative impact on the pollution of the surface atmospheric layers of the air. Research has been carried out on Raboche-Krestyanskaya street in order to measure the concentration of carbon monoxide on the curb of the roadway.

Dust pollution of an asphalt concrete enterprise poses a danger to the public and the environment. Planning protective measures reduces dust exposure, which is really necessary to protect human health from a wide range of chronic diseases caused by dust pollution. Development and analysis of new solutions and methods to combat dust exposure are priorities.
