The effect of obtaining permits on the investment climate project
Incoming article date: 12.06.2017Permits is one of the factors influencing investment attractiveness of the project. The article presents problems as well as significant differences in the procedure of obtaining building permits in various regions of the Russian Federation. Displayed certain investments and time needed for a permit. In the study "Doing business" presents a comparative analysis of regulations of business activities. Graphically shows the ranking of cities, as well as the Russian Federation itself in terms of ease of obtaining construction permits. Shown to work to reduce the time and cost of administrative procedures in construction in Russia and its regions. The proposed methods simplify procedures for obtaining permits, as well as mechanisms for optimizing processes in the field of construction.
