The evolution of the transformation of building capacity, taking into account the integral indicator of manageability at the regional level
Incoming article date: 24.02.2019The article proposes a method for assessing the level of integration of the building structures of the territorial complex, taking into account the demonstration of the diversity of levels and links of management of the conditions of cooperation and combination with changes in the indicators of manageability of structures. An integrated assessment of the level of controllability is proposed for the purpose of subsequent selection of the most reliable contractor.
