Evaluating the effectiveness of real estate financing in Russia
Incoming article date: 12.12.2013The article includes the theoretical aspects of real estate financing, lenders' and borrowers' risks in construction lending. There is information about the analysis of real estate financing in the Russian Federation according to the CBR and FSGS. The results demonstrated a "revival" in construction lending in Russia, reducing the arrears borrowers’ construction sector and identified the benefits of bank lending to construction companies
