  • Automated information and measurement system of commercial electricity metering using Web-technologies

    The article presents the results of a study of an automated system of commercial accounting of energy resources. The open architecture of the top-level software of the automated information and measurement system of commercial electricity metering, based on WEB technologies, has been developed and tested, which will allow further research and scientific activities in the field of mathematical and software processing of data on electricity consumption. A module of planning and management of enterprise resources has been developed for the implementation of AIIS KUE in the MCD based on the developed diagram of use cases.

  • Infrared drying with convection-vacuum technology for drying plant products

    In this article, the object of study is the drying of plant products in a combined drying apparatus using infrared radiation, convection and reduced pressure. The process of drying products in the food industry is still relevant today in connection with the optimization of efficiency and reduction of energy consumption. In the presented experimental study, the following products are used: apples, bell peppers, bananas. The slice thickness varies from 5 to 10 mm. Observations show that, with optimal parameters and drying modes, the possibility of using the described drying installation is fully expedient.

  • Analysis of automation systems for educational and methodological activities according to the criterion of functional completeness

    The article provides a comparative analysis of information systems for the computer-aided formation of educational and methodological support of a university according to the criterion of functional completeness. The analysis made it possible to systematize information on the functional completeness of software, to rank existing systems by the criterion of functional completeness, and to identify groups of similar systems. The effectiveness of the integration of educational and methodological information systems was studied to minimize the labor costs of university teachers.

  • The computational model is based on the dependence of viscosity and permeability of the porous layer of the pressure-layer hydrodynamic lubrication

    In this paper, based on the Navier-Stokes equations , the continuity equation , taking into account the pressure dependence of viscosity , Darcy equation taking into account the dependence of the permeability of the porous layer of the pressure given by the exact method of forming a self-similar solution of the problem of calculating the hydrodynamic journal bearing operating at three-layer lubricant . As a result, found the velocity field and the pressure in the lubricating layer and the analytical expressions for the components of the supporting forces and friction. Found rational bearing capacity values ​​characterizing different aspects of the functioning of the knot of friction , namely profile support surface ; special lubricating fluid interaction with the surfaces of the friction unit , taking into account the pressure dependence of viscosity ( the formation of intermediate layers with different lubricant viscosities ) .

  • Way of coding of the information at the task of the geometrical Models of executive mechanisms of robots

    The method of coding of the geometrical information is offered at the task of executive mechanisms on the basis of use of the set set of spatial primitive things and their orientation in mobile systems of co-ordinates. The method of a designation of geometrical models of mechanisms of robots is offered. One of advantages of the developed method of representation of geometrical models of kinematic chains, possibility of more exact task of a spatial configuration of manipulators by means of use of a considerable quantity of central points and various position of volume primitive things concerning a constructive plane is.

  • Unsteady computational model inhomogeneous two-layer porous bearing of finite length when combined feed lubrication

    In this paper, based on Darcy equations that govern the lubricant in porous layers , and the modified Reynolds equation in the framework of a short bearing solve the problem of unsteady motion of a viscous incompressible lubricant in the bearing clearance double-layer porous . Here we consider the case when the permeability in porous layers in the axial direction is changed by the normal law , and the combined feed lubrication is performed simultaneously in the axial and perpendicular to the bearing axis directions. As a result, the pressure field found in porous layers and in the lubricating layer and analytical dependences for the efforts of the oil film . Compiled by the equation of motion tongue and solved the problem of the stability of the unsteady motion of a pin bearing , found that in the case of a combined bearing lubrication working more steadily compared with the cases or axial directions perpendicular to the axis lubrication . The results obtained can be offered for the development of cylindrical dampers with double-layer porous collar , effectively attenuating transmitted force imbalance in the combined feed lubrication.

  • The development of the structure of the tools of the analysis dynamic mechanical systems of the class tooth issues

    In persisting article is offered structure and functional composition of the programme modules of the tools of the analysis dynamic mechanical systems of the class tooth issues. In change from existing, proposed programme complex contains the extended composition of the modules. This enables, in particular, check convergence iteration computing processes, way to visualizations of the current importance of the full kinetic energy of the fluctuations of the under investigation mechanical system. The broughted composition each of block of the programme complex, with detailed description of the purpose included modules into them.

  • The computational model of radial plain bearing with increased load capacity, working on micropolar lubricantgiven its viscosity characteristics of the pressure

    As is known, currently in a model gidrodinaimcheskoy sliding bearing lubricant widely used micropolar lubrication. A major shortcoming of existing working models of bearings running on micropolar lubricant is that this does not take into account the dependence of viscosity characteristics of the micropolar lubricant on the pressure. Naturally, there is a need not only into account the dependence of viscosity characteristics of the pressure in the development of an analytical method for predicting the optimal carrying capacity characteristics inherent MICROPOLAR grease, but also predict the optimal profile of the reference surface of the radial bearing. [1-3 ]Solving this problem is devoted to this work.

  • The computational model thrust bearing with high load-bearing capacity, working on non-Newtonian lubricants with tailored support surface

    The ability to choose the right anti-wear additives [1-6 ] allows you to create lubricants , which are thin layers have different properties than in large volumes. It is commonly assumed that the additives are functioning only in the zone boundary lubrication and are outside the scope of the hydrodynamic theory of lubrication . However, the beneficial effect of additives as indicated in many studies [1-5 ] we have in the " thin layer" of hydrodynamic lubrication .As is well known , lubrication bearings operate on different types of lubricants which are composed of base oil and additive compositions that provide the required functional properties of the oil . Additives polymers with high molecular weight oils impart viscoelastic properties . Analysis of existing studies [ 7-9] on the calculation of bearings running on a viscoelastic lubricant , shows that they do not take into account the dependence of the viscosity and shear modulus of the pressure and temperature, and mode of friction is assumed laminar. It is known [ 10 ] , high-speed bearings operating in turbulent friction , higher pressure and higher temperature, and so the development of methods for calculating the bearings running on a viscoelastic lubricant requires consideration of the above factors.In connection with the above written shall first develop the computational model of thrust bearings running on micropolar lubricant with the viscosity characteristics of the lubricant on the pressure in contrast to the existing theoretical models do not take into account these dependencies (task 1).And then consider the calculation model of extra load -bearing capacity , working on a viscoelastic lubricant for the dependence of its characteristics on the pressure (objective 2).

  • Experemental researches of the receiving modes of a rough metal surfaces in vacuum arc discharge

    In this work experimentally investigated the possibilities of the new method of obtaining adjustable roughness on metal surfaces electrothermal influence of mobile cathode spots in vacuum arc discharge. Presents the results of processing of various surfaces using this method. Proposed working modes of processing of metal surfaces with the aim to receive as minimum and maximum roughness.

  • The computational model of hydrodynamic lubrication heterogeneous porous bearing of finite length, running in a stable transient regime of friction in a forced-feed lubrication

    To investigate the stability of the porous bearings developed computational model heterogeneous porous bearing of finite length. Given the permeability anisotropy of the porous layer in the paper the problem of stability of motion of a pin in the bearing for the two different versions of lubrication: the axial direction and in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the bearing. Obtained and analyzed the tasks identified areas of stability of motion spine.

  • Conveyor technology of fibersfoam concrete with agregating fibers and reseach its properties

    One of the most important technological aims is to obtain a fiber concrete with uniform (aggregate) distribution of the fibers by volume of concrete, from which depend essentially on the constructive and performance attributes of fiber concrete. Authors proposed pipeline technology of preparation of fiber concrete with aggregate distribution of the fibers, also they studied changes in its structural characteristics, and developed estimated recommendations for the evaluation of its strength and deformability characteristics and strain diagrams in compression and tension

  • Gold nanoparticles functionalisation by long-chain thiol and amine ligands: study of local atomic and electronic structure of ligand-gold bond

    In the present work we report on the study of local atomic and electronic structure of gold nanoparticles funnctionalised by thiol and amine containing long-chain ligands. The study of nanoscale atomic structure is performed by means of X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XANES: X-ray Absorption Near-Edge Structure) and computer simulation. In consequence of the experimantally obtained data analysis and computer simulation it was obtained that strong bonding takes place when 11-mercaptoundecanoic acid is bound to the gold nanoparticles surface, forming a chemical bond Au-S 0.25 nm in length. Weaker bonding is observed when forming bond between dodecylamine and gold nanoparticles surface atom resulting in Au-N bond 0.23 nm in length. Supplementary XANES spectra analysis by means of density functional theory reveals the nature of formation of the investigated nanoscale structure.

  • Management of natural and technological risks of investment and construction projects for integrated development of urban territories

    The article is devoted to the formation of scientific and methodological base management of natural and man-made risks that arise in urban areas in the realization of investment and construction projects for the development of the urban environment. The article indicated the essence of the mutual influence of economic , social and environmental processes that occur in the realization of investment and construction projects for the development of an urban environment , the purpose and objectives of risk management of urban areas are determined , the necessity of applying the relevant scientific and methodological apparatus that takes into account the main socio - and environmental factors including economic and mathematical methods and models of assessment and prediction of the level of risk is based . As a result of proposed scheme is described in detail and the strategic management of natural and technological risks of investment and construction projects of development of urban territories , which includes five elements : 1) determining the level of acceptable risk and the list of measures of regulation security development based on the socio -economic factors , and 2 ) the organization of a permanent monitoring natural and built environment conditions and the level risk of livelihoods of the population , and 3) formation of a rational allocation of resources for preventive measures and reduce the risk and the negative impactof , and 4) implementation of a complex program of measures to reduce risk , and 5) carrying out of repair work and / or reconstruction . The proposed scheme improves the efficiency and rationality of strategic urban planning of urban environment .

  • On the coefficient of prismatic strength of high-strength concrete

    This paper studies the dependence of the ratio of prismatic strength (Rb) from cube strength (R) for high-strength concrete of classes B70 ... B110. Experiments were carried on the concrete cubes with an edge of 150 mm and prisms with a base 150x150 mm and a height 600 mm. The tendency to reduce the ratio Rb / R with increasing strength of the concrete is founded. A new relationship Rb = f (R) is offered
