In this article authors examine integrated method of ring cross-section concrete constructions diagnostics after the example of overhead contact system pylons. Complex physical-mechanical process of carcass and concrete working needs to take into consideration the state of these components. Authors suggest modern device of magnetic-particle method making for carcass state rating and its location in a pylon body. Concrete jacket defectoscopy may be done with modified device population of ultrasonic diagnostics. Examination zones of constructions are found depending on pylons workload scheme. The authors give correlations which let determine parameters of destructions (cracks) that lead to degradation of load-carrying capability. In the article there are graphic materials got as a result of ultrasonic inspection and mathematical expressions for estimating of residual load-carrying capability with a glance of carcass and concrete destructions.

The questions connected with an assessment of mechanical characteristics of steel elements of designs of tribunes of Torpedo stadium in Taganrog are considered. The analysis of the strength characteristics of metal of columns received by a nondestructive method, beams, the top and bottom belts of farms and раскосов is provided. Results of processing of values of mechanical characteristics on compliance most are shown to the general law of distribution of Veybull. For values of a limit of fluidity and strength scale and form parameters, and also shift which defines critical bottom possible value of the mechanical characteristic of theoretical distribution are received. This article describes the issues on the basis of scientific research and the data produced in-depth analysis of technical condition of water spending long maintained facilities for further classification of defects and damages, as well as the prediction of their remaining life. Mathematical and software was built on the length of the projected water filtration since the beginning of the construction survey. Program - technical complex in the survey predicts the loss of bearing capacity as the structure as a whole and its constituent elements from the moment of injury. In the future, software and hardware predicted time total loss bearing capacity of the construction, using various regression dependence. Technical possibilities of application systems allow calculation of the geometric characteristics of different defects and damages on the surface of structures, and in some of its elements. Presented Program - technical complex for solving the problem of forecasting residual resource of water conveyance structures can be used to create a database during the operation of these structures over a long period of operation that will extend the life cycle of water conveyance structures with regard to their reliability parameters. The basic provisions on the organization of determination and prediction of residual life long maintained water conveyance structures, identification of defects and damages, assessment of suitability taking into account the reliability of the parameters, for further use water conveyance facilities.

We investigated the creep of concrete arches based on the following theories: the theory of linear creep by Harutyunyan-Maslov, kinetic theory, the theory of flow, theory of aging, and nonlinear theory of Y. Gurieva. We considered viscoelastic model of the concrete, ie total strain was represented as the sum of elastic strain and creep strain. Solution of the problem was carried out by finite element method. We considered the arch rigidly clamped at the ends and loaded with a uniformly distributed load. Graphs of growth of deflection and stress distribution in the reinforcement and concrete are represented. We obtained the substantial redistribution of stress between the reinforcement and the concrete during creep: in reinforcement stresses increased and in concrete stresses decreased. The strongest redistribution occurs on the theory Y. Gureva.

In the article the results of research in probabilistic production of residual life of load-bearing structures of the coating of the main body R-1 JSC «VOLTAIR-PROM» as a multiple redundant system. The obtained function of the probability of exceeding the design values of snow loads during the operation of the building on the basis of statistical data the distribution of annual maxima. The resulting probability of system failure ""post farm - truss"" given the decline in reserve strength and the likelihood of exceeding the snow load specified level in time. It is shown that the defining characteristics of residual life - probability of failure and the average uptime of the system can be obtained using only the first two statistical moments of the design variables - mathematical expectation and coefficient of variation that does not require extensive statistical data.

The article presents the research results of the actual snow load and its security on the basis of the statistical data distribution of the annual maximum water storage in snow, obtained at the weather station Kolomna. The analysis of the implementation of the annual maxima of snow load according to data from 13 weather station located in different snow areas. Indentified all necessary statistical characteristics of the snow load, and the parameters of the law of Gumbel distribution for each snow district. The results of the research concluded that the known desing values of snow loads given in normative documents can be quite simple to obtain the statistical moments of a random variable its one-year highs and the parameters of the Gumbel law. The obtained characteristics are the initial data when conducting a probabilistic analysis of structures and evaluation of their safety and durability.

Chimneys and gas-escape channels elements mostly made of such polymer composite (PC) as glass-fiber plastic, persistently work at the output air temperatures below dew point as opposed to other materials, but can be affected by high temperatures during their use. On this reason it was needed to develop and modify new thermosetting bindings for PC matrix – thermal resistant and heatproof. Thermal resistance characteristic of PC is important for protective coverings, whereas heatproof characteristic is applicable for tensed elements. For a construction made of the new more heatproof PC bearing capacity estimation it is necessary to take normative resistance change and new temperature-time factors demonstration into account in their design resistance. The minimal durability value according to the PC product normative document or technical specification can be considered as normative resistance. For the temperature-time durability coefficients appointment of the new and more heatproof PC the common (base) PC coefficients values can be considered but amending their temperature scale proportionally to heatproof change relative to the base PC.

A multinational documentary standard that regulating indices and classification procedure of road tunnels has been developed. For the purpose of the most effective construction of classified subjects in transport infrastructure there are number of problems which based on creating a link between road tunnels technical characteristics by cut diameter, mining-geological condition and mining machines structure. This article covers solutions which are necessary for science based approach to better engineering solution for heading machines in road tunneling. One of these solutions is the development and a practical implementation of modular configuration methodology. A main idea of the solution is based on using complete assembly units which are being serially produced by a production plant. A modular configuration of loading machines and overloaders are based on hydroficated units of tunneling machines reviewed in this article. During listed solutions development the usage experience of the best reliability equipment in tunneling industry has been taken into account. Creation of next technical level machines with unified modular assembly units will allow to raise their performance rating, compatibility also it suppose to short assembly units list, prime cost decrease and also lower the number of warranty service spare parts.

This article describes how the use of software and hardware complex for automating condition monitoring for example livneotvodyaschih facilities. Livneotvodyaschie facilities have a large margin, but a number of negative factors, such as non-compliance with construction technology, defect geological and hydrological features of water conveyance canal route in the design, as well as the wrong mode of operation for the duration of the channel to some extent reduces the effectiveness of permeable properties of concrete canal lining. The problem of long-term operation of such facilities is little scrutiny of the processes for its time, in connection with which there is a need for monitoring of providence water resistance of such structures in case of possible violations of the integrity of the concrete pavement and education, various decompression and voids. Currently, there is a constant increase in train speeds and loads on the structure of railway track. In tunnels these loads are also transferred to the lining, and the stress-strain state of tunnel structures in the application of ballastless track and large axial loads requires further study. To carry out such a study developed a numerical model of a railway tunnel with a circular cross-section ballastless design path, including under-rail support, resilient layer and track concrete. As a result of the calculation model, the values main vertical stresses in the main tunnel structures. Found that with increasing loading of the wheel on the rail from 100 to 200 kN stress increases by an average of 50%. The distribution of stress affects the stiffness of the elastic layer. With its increasing vertical stress in the under-rail support non-linear decrease, and at the road concrete increases nonlinearly.

The article presents basic equations for reinforced concrete elements that are experiencing bending moment and axial force, taking into account the creep of concrete. The stress-strain state of reinforced concrete statically determinate three–hinged arch is investigated on the basis of these equations. Also for this task we gained the resolving equations of finite element method and compared the numerical-analytical calculation with the numerical performed using the finite element method to the arch loaded with a uniformly distributed load and having the shape of a circular arc. The calculations used viscoelastic model, according to which the total deformation is the sum of concrete elastic deformation and creep. We consider a rectangular cross section with symmetrical reinforcement. It is shown that because of creep stress redistribution between concrete and reinforcement arises.

Results of research of fixture of a wooden design of the river mooring in Rostov-on-Don, being in operation within more than 150 years are presented. As the fixture was possible to be taken from a design in a single copy, it wasn't represented possible to apply destroying test methods. Therefore mechanical characteristics of metal were measured by means of system of nondestructive control "Durability", developed at the Rostov state construction university and a portable tverdomer with ultrasonic and dynamic sensors. Approximate compliance of strength characteristics of studied metal, allegedly krichny iron is established, to characteristics let out now staly. Approximately on a fluidity limit studied metal corresponds to a limit of fluidity of St3 steel. The short analysis of loss of the area of live section of fixture and the forecast of possible further operation of a design in the assumption is made that conditions of this operation won't change.
