  • High-frequency SiGe-selective amplifiers with low bandwidth

      Represented in the block diagram of the election based amplifier and current amplifier input converter "voltage-current" allows you to control the central processing element pole frequency and quality factor, as in diagnostic mode parameters of analog devices, and in the mode signal processing. A variant of its circuitry implementation bipolar transistors for microelectronic performance. The results of computer simulation in Agilent ADS confirmed that on the basis of simple current amplifier in the traditional process, due to the structural features of the active elements of ongoing basic level of order can be implemented relatively high-Q units of the second order, which are easily integrated into multi-tier band filters.

  • Control methods of microstructure construction process of piezoelectric ceramics based on doped titanate lead and its electrophysical properties

    The article describes methods allows to control the degree of anisotropy piezoelectric ceramics based on doped phase PbTiO3. As a model of the object has been selected phase of Pb0,76Ca0,24Ti0,94(Cd0,5W0,5)0,06O3. The model phase was obtained by the following methods: by solid state reaction method and the chemical construction. For comparison phases obtained by these methods were used modern analytical research methods (DTA, TGA, XRF, XRD, power and tunneling microscopy, computer-program research results). Piezoceramic samples were obtained from the synthesized phases and electrical parameters were measured. Were revealed that the samples, obtained from the charge, synthesized by chemical construction had values of  piezoelectric constants d31 and d33 much more than samples obtained by the method of solid state reaction.

  • Anomalous electron emission in the soft X-ray irradiation of the surface of electrets

     Theoretical model of anomalous electron emission has built for an soft x-ray irradiation of  surface elektrets, explaining the different character of correlation between energy and emission intensity of ferroelectric  solid solution PbTiO3 - CaTiO3 and nonferroelectric  ceramics CaTiO3.  Shown that  due electret surface irradiation the  Schottky area is  depleted by nonequilibrium charge carriers.

  • Before the calculation of accuracy of measurements of astronomical refraction of the near horizon

    A method was developed предрасчета accuracy of measurements of the angles of the astronomical refraction of the near horizon and formulas for him.   • The medical equipment for home application: analysis of park of equipment available on sale and its actual use by the population

    The expediency of in-home population health services development is shown, forms of such service are specified. Advantages of medical equipment for in-home application (MEfIHA) usage from positions of patients are proved. Results of the population questioning, concerning with MEfIHA usage, executed by authors are presented. Structure MEfIHA available in sale and actually used by population is compared. For the majority of MEfIHA kinds their functionality, ranges of costs, features of application by patients are characterized. Variants of maintenance service for MEfIHA are investigated. The conclusion, that volumes of population MEfIHA usage are insufficient, are substantiated.

  • Mathematical representation of the characteristics of the interphase boundary surface of the transition layer

    It is shown that to describe the phenomena and processes in a transition interfacial layer having a certain thickness, it is useful to distinguish the boundary layer of the surface and boundary diffusion layer, which lies entirely in the less condensed phase related. In accordance with this energy and power characteristics of the transition layer should be attributed to the boundary surface of the interphase transition layer. The basic equation of electro capillary boundary of the surface layer, establishing the dependence of the surface tension of this layer on the chemical composition of the second phase, and bordering the jump of electric potential between them.

  • Digital synchronous measuring of the surface impedance

    We describe the hardware and software package designed to get the dependencies of instantaneous values ​​of the electric field E of the magnetic field H, and, depending on the module surface impedance and phase shift of the electric and magnetic fields on the amplitude of the alternating magnetic field. The digital synchronous detection method applied in this article to analyze the spectral response of the substances. This article gives the results for ferromagnetic materials, paramagnetic materials and dielectrics.

    The article “Modeling adaptation strategies of social intellect of the Russian students” applies adapting and decoding models of defining, forming and measuring social intellect in peer groups of testees: pupils, students and teachers. Considering essential views on the nature of social intellect makes it possible to formulate the system of its characteristics of essence which is revealed as generic characteristics of social intellect. This approach might serve as a methodological prerequisite for further examining the essence of social intellect, its properties and functions.

  • Methodology for numerical simulation of the dynamic model of the soil cultivating aggregate

    The methodology of the numerical experiment includes procedures for the development of functional requirements and the choice of a basic package of applied programs, organization and logic of the program; select the controllable factors and the design of experiments, testing the stability of the system and quality evaluation of dynamic processes, analyzing the reliability of simulation results. Results of numerical experiment are represented in this article.

  • The analysis of constructive and technological restrictions in design of the avalanche photo diodes, working in a photon-counting mode

    Theoretical analysis of constructive and technological restrictions in the avalanche photodiode structure for photon-counting mode is made in this work. It is shown that critical parameters are load resistance and a time constant of a photodiode internal capacity recharge. For decreasing this time constant one needs size restriction of separate section of the photodiode and association of several such sections on a crystal together with registration schemes.

  • Technological methods of increasing the Curie point of PZT piezoceramic phase

    It was investigated the influence several additives and process parameters on the properties of piezoelectric ceramics based on PZT phase systems. It was shown that the use of the substitution of Pb2+ ions on the Bi3+, and Ti4+ ions, and Zr4+ to Fe3+ and Mn4+, as well as the method of "chemical assembly «allows to obtain increase the Curie temperature of ceramic samples of 50 - 170°C. The theoretical aspects of this area of research have been discussed in this article.
