  • Algorithm for matching the array of points and the surface area

    In the article the algorithm of construction of an array of points, put in correspondence to points of a compartment of a surface is resulted. Calculation formulas for the coordinates of points are shown. The possible cases of the location of the corner points of the array are considered. And the conclusion is made that this algorithm will help in modeling acoustic, optical and other processes.

  • Simulated modeling as a means of traffic network section modernization

    The main laws valid for a series of traffic jams relating to a series of intersections are considered. Their usage facilitates optimization of simulated models of a traffic network section. The problems of traffic jams emergence on the I thoroughfare of Volgograd are investigated with the help of simulated modeling.

  • Multispectral optical method formation and image processing formation at low contrast hypodermic priori uncertainty skin parameters

    The advanced multispectral method is developed for formation and recovery of the image of a hypodermic on the basis of function of a detuning and its algorithm realizing. The method reduces distorting influence of change of characteristics of skin on image formation. Use of function of a detuning allows to make processing without observance of rigid requirements to the accuracy of a choice of lengths of waves on which images and, respectively, providing a preset value of the relation of values of optical thicknesses of skin are formed.

  • Translation of geometric models of two-contour geodesic shells

    In this paper consideration is given to problem of developing a converter which will enable convert models of geodesic domes from external 3D format to preprocessor Patran format and structural analysis of this geodesic domes. A library of Framework and Visual Basic was used for building the converter.

  • Cognitive approach to the research of geopolitical processes in world regions and cognitive modeling of their development (On the example of the Black – Caspian Region)

      The article is devoted to the problem of the research of geopolitical processes on the world regions’ scale under present-day conditions. The article substantiates the necessity of their analysis with the help of the cognitive approach as an effective means of cognition of the interconnections and interrelationships within the complicated systems. With that aim in view the specifics and the stages of the cognitive modeling are given thorough analysis in the article. This type of modeling is adapted to the analysis of geopolitical dynamics on the regional/sub regional level taking into consideration its aptitudes to make prognostic scenarios of the development of the situation. The possibilities of the cognitive modeling of geopolitical processes are illustrated on the example of the situation in three sub regions constituting one (big) the Black Sea – Caspian region.

  • The modelling of tne geopolitical processes in the world regions under glocalization and its structural levels

      The article analyses the problem of applying the scientific method of modeling to the investigation of geopolitical processes taking place at the world regional/sub regional “sites”. Preceding from three possible approaches to studying geopolitical dynamics under glocalisation, that is description, formalization and quantification, the author analyses three structural levels of geopolitical modeling. With this purpose in view he analyses the peculiarities and such constituents of its modification as ordinary, conceptual-graphical (cognitive) and mathematical modeling. Special attention is given to conceptual-graphical modeling and its specific language. Admitting the possibilities of using precise mathematical methods and procedures in geopolitics, the author takes into consideration their scantiness. In this respect the validity of mathematical methods and procedures must be provided with quality expert evaluation. The author's message is that the use of heuristic options of modeling in regional geopolitics may serve as the pledge to growing science capacity of this field of knowledge.

  • Algorithm of construction of development of surfaces

    In article the algorithm of construction of development not linear surfaces is de-scribed. The algorithm is realised on technology ObjectARX for AutoCAD. It has allowed to integrate algorithm in AutoCAD. The developed algorithms can be used in various technical problems where there is a necessity of construction of development of surfaces.

  • Algorithm for calculation of reflection on the basis of geometric model

    The algorithm of construction of reflections from the screens of complex shape. Geometric modeling based on the proposed algorithm makes it possible to conduct a rapid assessment of the distances between the fire building complex geometry, and between the process equipment, which is characterized by heat. Analytical dependences describing the process of building reflections, software algorithms and examples of calculations.

  • Automated modeling and calculation fire distances between buildings

    The article deals with the calculation and justification of fire distances (gaps) between the buildings in built up areas on the basis of the model. The automated system can be run in automated preparation of design documentation AutoCAD programming language Visual C + +, the technology ObjectARX.
