  • Engineering – the philosophy of activity

    In the first part of the article discusses a number of issues related to engineering. Engineering is a field of scientific, technical and technological knowledge to ensure the practical implementation of ideas to improve the human environment at all stages of the life cycle of an idea from inception to disposal. Organization and maintenance of conditions of life of people identified the main concern of mankind from ancient to contemporary community formations of the international community, has given rise to the full range of human activities. The same motivation stood at the origins of civilization. Civilization - the next stage of development for the barbaric culture that teaches people to deliberate organized activities to targeted, predictable results. Engineering activities to meet these criteria. The subject of engineering is the human environment, research and monitoring her condition, prognosis of problem situations, organization and implementation of measures to improve the elements and the environment in general. The area of engineering for the benefit of human systems - organizing and conducting the study, the identification and resolution of problem situations at all stages of the life cycle of the system of ideological views and theories of fundamental and applied research , engineering - technical realization , the incorporation of innovation into the existing system . The author urges that in order to find practical ways to harness the potential of engineered solutions to the problems of social and cultural environment as the most important factor in the formation of the cultural level of society and personality.

  • Subject and factorial analysis of creation and cost distribution

    The article opens the analysis of a role of factors of production in economic processes. The conclusion that a key influencing element of domination of a factor of production is ensuring competitive advantage with it in production is reasoned. Theoretical justification of influence of a key factor of production on processes of creation and cost distribution is given. Comparison of use of dominating factors of production and their contribution to economic development of the country is given in article. Comparison is given over economically developed countries and Russia. Also researches of innovative development of the countries are given in article, given the International research groups, and the main problems of formation and development of the Russian national innovative system are specified.

  • Transformational training and holistichesky approach in the information and educational environment of technical University

    Questions of modernization of higher education on the basis of development of structure of the hi-tech information and educational environment of technical college are considered. Transition to new structure of the educational IT infrastructure aimed at formation of open educational system, meeting modern requirements to engineering preparation is carried out.

  • Actual directions of improvement of mathematical knowledge of students in the system of permanent professional education

    The analysis of causes of insufficient quality mathematical knowledge of students of technical colleges. There are formulated some problems which must be solved for the improvement of the quality of fundamental mathematical education in a technical university. It is introduced a notion of the system of adaptation of the first year students for studying high mathematical course.  Elements of the  realization of the adaptation system are described and main goals of this system are formulated.  It is defined a technology of professional directionality of education in the fundamental  mathematical preparation in colleges. It is described a content of the technology of the professional directionality of  teaching mathematics which consists of regular demonstration of tasks, examples and models connected with the future professional work of students. It is given some results of the experiment of using in some colleges the technology of the professional directionality in mathematical education. It is analized the results of surveys on different steps of using the system of the professional directionality of education which are devoted to the level of students motivation to study high mathematics. It is supposed to involve undergraduate student into research projects in mathematics as one of the directions to improve fundamental mathematical education.
