  • Self-driving trucks

This article describes the principle of operation of an unmanned vehicle. The cargo "car of the future", which will guarantee the safety, timeliness of the workflow, be based on automatic control without the participation of the "human factor" and optimize labor resources. The manufacturers' market is making every technical and financial effort to implement this type of car, most companies have already launched test versions of equipment in order to "keep up with the times". In order to have a complete picture of the available capacities and assess the development in this segment of technological progress, an analysis of unmanned trucks of the foreign market is presented. But taking into account the difference in the scale of the territory, terrain and weather conditions makes it clear that Russian production should take as a basis other distinctive features when developing this type of transport. The Russian experience of the introduction of an unmanned truck in harsh climatic conditions in the fields is also studied and the further path of drones on Russian roads is considered.

  • Project risk management: working with contractors

No major construction project is implemented without the involvement of contractors who perform significant work in the field of geodesy, design, equipment manufacturing, construction, control and commissioning of the object. In the conditions of market economy the existence of risk is inevitable for all participants in the construction project. Risks are one of the most serious problems of the customer, who needs to keep the limit of the estimated cost of a construction project unchanged. If negative external risks cannot be regulated, internal risks can be minimized or eliminated. Analysis of the experience of customers in the oil and gas industry of the Tyumen region draws attention to the relevance of the problem today. The article presents technical, financial, and organizational risks as the most common, and identifies ways to manage them.

Keywords: the customer's and contractor's responsibilities, risk insurance, reserve funds

  • The problem of determining the cost of design and survey work in the oil and gas sector and possible solutions

In the modern world, the issue of the ratio of the quality of construction technologies at oil production facilities and prices for various types of services associated with this activity is very relevant in the oil and gas sector. In this sector, there is constant competition between companies in search of the most efficient, cost-effective and innovative project. Design and survey work is a very important part of any project. Determining the cost of design and survey work is an important stage in the organization of the construction process. The contracting of design organizations takes place in a market economy, taking into account the expected quality of work, and also represents a labor-intensive process that cannot be implemented without the development of internal concepts among companies. The article will review the existing successful concepts for determining the cost of design and survey work that are used today. Also, the use of modern technologies at the stage of design and survey work can not only improve the quality of work, but also solve the cost issue.

  • Problems of introduction of BIM technologies on the example of enterprises of the city of Tyumen and the Tyumen region

High-tech software has firmly entered the work of the design and construction complex of Russia, which allows you to create a single digital information model of the object. Awareness of the importance of using BIM - technologies to overcome the problems of their implementation is a paramount task today. The presented analysis of the situation at micro-enterprises, small, medium and large enterprises of the design and construction industry of the city of Tyumen and the Tyumen region allows us to pay attention to the pressing problems of implementing BIM-technologies today. BIM - technologies are innovative in the construction business, and we are very enthusiastic about them, considering that they are the future of the design and construction industry.

Keywords: awareness of the importavce of using BIM - technologies, a single digital information model of the object, the life cycle of an object, software products, software subscription, process management

  • Development of common standards of green building in the CIS

An overview of the actual problems the question of environmental or "green" building in Russia and the CIS countries. The study identified several key issues. The range of ways to solve them proposed on the basis of existing systems of environmental certification (assessment) to develop a system of assessment of the CIS countries. The list of evaluation criteria given in this article is not exhaustive and may be amended by agreement of the CIS member States.

  • Separate foundations with non-flat sole

The article is devoted to the question of the effectiveness of separate foundations. In particular, a specific version of the foundation with a modified geometry is considered - steps down. The foundation with a stepped sole has a greater bearing capacity and stability, as well as its device requires less labor, which makes it more efficient, analogs with a flat sole.

Keywords: foundation, construction, modified geometry, non-planar sole, soil mechanics, construction efficiency, earthworks, critical pressure

  • The effect of obtaining permits on the investment climate project

Permits is one of the factors influencing investment attractiveness of the project. The article presents problems as well as significant differences in the procedure of obtaining building permits in various regions of the Russian Federation. Displayed certain investments and time needed for a permit. In the study "Doing business" presents a comparative analysis of regulations of business activities. Graphically shows the ranking of cities, as well as the Russian Federation itself in terms of ease of obtaining construction permits. Shown to work to reduce the time and cost of administrative procedures in construction in Russia and its regions. The proposed methods simplify procedures for obtaining permits, as well as mechanisms for optimizing processes in the field of construction.
