    In the present article examples of improvement of ecological indicators in the conditions of dense building of the city are reviewed, the principles of territorial planning are described. Detailed studying of environmental problems of the city, a way of their decision is carried out, the most optimum mechanism of a solution is revealed. This article gives the chance will get acquainted with result of numerous researches in the field of modernization of an ecological framework of the city, the most suitable and elementary actions in the realization increasing the area of city "green zones" in the conditions of dense pointed building are given. Having analysed the studied material, conclusions by the given examples are drawn.

  • Energy-Saving Processes Simulation in Reconstruction of Educational Institutions Edifices

    One of the high-priority directions in the development of the Russian and global economies is energy saving and reduction of exhaustible energy resources consumption. It is possible to make the existing urban development pool correspondent with the required energy efficiency class by way of reconstruction. Despite the fact that the said law entered into force in 2010, there is still a lack of methods of systematic development of energy-saving policies for educational institutions edifices within the framework of reconstruction. Methods applied separately for reconstruction and introduction of energy saving measures do not allow a simulation of acceptance of effective solutions for level enhancement of technical operation of the edifices. Methods of efficiency enhancement for the technological processes of edifices reconstruction are represented in this article for the first time; evaluation criteria for efficiency of technological processes in reconstruction of higher educational edifices have been developed; a method of criterion analysis has been applied taking the binding conditions of technologies introduction into consideration.The practical significance of the method developed has been proved by way of introduction thereof into the framework of reconstruction of the edifices of the higher educational institution.

  • Algoritm resheniya obratnoy zadachi raspredeleniya neodnorodnykh resursov

    The problem of optimal allocation of resources - one of the basic optimization problems to be solved in the design of complex systems, determining their structure and methods of operation, so this work is considered one of difference methods for solving inverse problems of non-uniform distribution of resources. The inverse problem of non-uniform distribution of resources formulated as follows. It is necessary to choose the amount of funds the option to specify distribution of units served by the product and to offer such means of their actions to a given level of performance means performing the task was achieved with the minimum of expense. The most common methods for solving inverse problems, various modifications of the method of random search, dynamic programming method. However, the use of these methods in some cases, particularly for large-scale problems, is not effective. Optimal elements, which turned into a row or column assigned to an optimal element from further consideration at this stage of the distribution, the process eliminated to provide an optimal plan of resource allocation in construction.

  • Definition of private criteria of efficiency of subcontractors at performance of civil and erection works

    In this paper we propose a mechanism of group ranking of contractors in the implementation of the construction project with the individual preferences, both in quantitative and qualitative indicators of their past performance, which allows you to create a rational organizational structure. In the course of the construction project developers have the difficult task of determining the priority of the contractors with which to work at different stages of schedule. Such a decision is always accompanied by the risk of selecting an unscrupulous contractor, defined as the probability of a certain level of losses. To reduce the risk of a similar class in the management decision-making process is used to describe the area of ​​feasible solutions using the technologies of system analysis. The results allow to make an informed group ranking of contractors in the performance of the construction project, not only in quantity but also in quality of their work, which significantly improves the quality of decision-making leadership development companies.

  • Constructive solutions balconies in residential buildings 19 - 20 centuries

    At the beginning of the 19th century balconies usually arranged in a mansion on the second floor. Most often, they were made of wooden structures with their own vertical supports. In the second half of the 19th century the use of cast-iron and steel struts rail rolling. Balcony plates are in the form of brick svodikov on rails. In tenement houses balconies began to carry out the scheme on the console (embedded in the masonry exterior walls), departure balconies declined.
    At the beginning of the 20th century in the construction of a new material - concrete. Supporting structures balconies as steel beams cantilevered embedded in the masonry. Filling the balcony slabs of concrete performed (rubble mixed with concrete, rebar steel rod in the form of a knitted mesh).
    In the mid-60 ÷ early 70s. 20th century 5-storey buildings with brick walls were used precast concrete balcony slabs, cantilever embedded in the masonry (250 mm).
