  • A random walk on a graph-lattice and combinatorial identities

    Graf-lattice has vertices at points with non-negative integer coordinates. From each vertex has two arcs: horizontal and vertical neighboring vertices (right and top).   • Synthesis of new technical solutions using functional-technological analysis with increment borer as an example

    The article presents a method for searching for new technical solutions. The method is based on a functional-technological analysis of a system, including pointing out its separate elements and studying the interaction between them. The efficiency of the presented method is shown on an example of improvement of an increment borer construction. Application of a functional-technological analysis allows bringing technics development to a new level.

  • Improving the technology of municipal wastewater treatment with the use of the sorbent on the basis of surplus sludge

    In the framework of the given article shall be considered a negative impact on microorganisms of ions of zinc, copper and Nickel concentrations in the incoming wastewater to the wastewater treatment facilities of the cities of the Lower Volga region is unacceptably high, which inevitably reduces the quality of the purified water at the indicated metals exceeding the output after biological treatment is more than 30 times). Further, in the proposed article, we describe the results of studies aimed at disposal and treatment of waste activated sludge. The first attempt to use the resulting after biological purification of waste as a secondary raw material for the adsorption material, which retrieves the designated heavy metal ions from wastewaters prior to biological treatment, which allows further the activated sludge fully interact with other ions without losing their functions. As a result, after the biological cycle treated water at the indicated metals, meets the relevant standards.

  • Resource conservation with snow removal in urban environments

    The article summarizes the purification schemes of roads from snow and used in this machine. Depending on the various possible ways and means of snow removal.   • Thermodynamic background and the effects of the degradation of the modified lead titanate

    The paper provides information on the influence of thermodynamic prehistory (conditions for obtaining) and the processes associated with time "aging" of the samples in the dielectric properties of the alkaline-earth elements modified lead titanate ceramics. The data shows a dielectric stability of solid solutions (SS) with a high content of alkaline-earth elements (almost independently of the Curie temperature of sintering temperature). This is supported by the fact of reproduction the character of dielectric spectra in SS (α1≥0.22) unlike changed profile curves ε / ε0 (T) |f SS (α1 = 0.04). The splitting of the maxima ε / ε0 (T) |f, obtained on the same samples after 7 months (April 2015) after the initial measurements (September 2014) is the result of degradation of solid solutions close to PbTiO3, probably due to begin the process of self-destruction ceramics.

  • Mathematical model of salient pole synchronous generator of mini-CHP

    In this paper we propose mathematical model of salient-pole synchronous generator of mini-CHP. The model is based on a full Park-Gorev differential equation. The saturation of the machine is taken by using the method of partial magnetic characteristics. This method allows most accurate evaluation of the change of parameters of an equivalent circuit of the generator in the absence of information about the magnetic properties of the machine. The model is Implemented in Simulink. Application of the model is possible when calculating the steady-state and transients in distribution electrical net wich contains salient pole synchronous generators.

  • Effect of technological regimes on the properties of solid solutions of (1-x) PbZrO3 – x PbTiO3

    In this work we continue the study of ferroelectric compositions of different composition – basics of functional materials piezo technical destination. Considered are solid solutions (TR) binary system (1-x) PbZrO3 – x PbTiO3 (PZT), up to the present time remaining as base of almost all commercially available functional materials. Studied the impact of technological regimes on the properties of solid solutions with 0.135 ≤ x ≤ 0.145, 0.16 ≤ x ≤ 0.18, 0.37 ≤ x ≤ 0.58, 0.75 ≤ x ≤ 0.77, 0.795 ≤ x ≤ 0.805, the research concentration step Δx = 0.0025. The sintering temperature was varied from 1200 °C to 1240 °C, the duration of the extracts 2 and 3 hours. It is established that the structural parameters remain almost constant under variations of conditions in process their production in all ranges (rhombohedral, tetragonal and morphotropic) of the concentrations, and the change of relative dielectric permittivity of unpolarized samples is not more than (10÷12) %. It was shown that the study of solid solutions of multicomponent systems on the basis of lead zirconate titanate is possible with the minimal concentration of the step ∆x = 0.25 mol.%. Application of the considered techniques in the fabrication of functional materials for various purposes provides high reproducibility of their parameters. Obtained results can be useful for development of new ferro-piezoelectric materials on the basis of other complex oxides.

  • Research of influence of the polarity of the high voltage breakdown voltages of the spark plug electrode gap

    The laboratory studies the dependence of breakdown voltage of the spark plug gap on the polarity of the high voltage generated ignition system, air density and the size of the spark plug gap. The studies were performed using the tester spark under pressure. With a resistive voltage sensor made visualization, transformation and analysis of information on the magnitude of the breakdown voltage. Produced processing waveforms shown that flashover occurs regardless of the magnitude of the gap and is determined by the rate of rise of the secondary voltage of the external shape of the electrode and insulator spark plug. To reduce the breakdown voltage should be selected polarity when the cathode is the breakdown of the central electrode of the spark plug. Reversal may allow push surface breakdown in the zone of higher pressure in the chamber of the device, albeit with an increase in the breakdown voltage of the spark gap.

  • Investigation of the noise characteristics of the traffic flow on the basis of the directional microphone

    The investigation and analysis of noise characteristics of the traffic flow via a directional microphone. The principle of operation of directional microphones and test procedures. Full-scale research made microphone-controlled lane highway. When approaching the vehicle to the maximum level of the microphone signal is necessary at the time of finding the vehicle in front of a microphone. Investigations at the location detection hole up from the road surface to the left (toward the oncoming lane controlled by car) and right (after moving band controlled by car). Location detecting holes toward the oncoming lane controlled by car is the best, as it allows to ensure minimum impact on the accuracy of counting cars traveling on the adjacent oncoming lane.

  • Research of tool life of a tungstenless hard alloy metal on the basis of carbide of the titan in the conditions of cutting

    The results received at research of influence electron beam treatment processings on tool life of a tungstenless hard alloy metal on the basis of TiC with a binding material an alloy Ni-Cr-Al and percentage of the components "basis-binding" 50 – 50% about are presented in the conditions of metal cutting. Influence electron beam treatment of a blanket of samples of the cutting tool insert on technological components of force of cutting when turning cut metal is experimentally revealed.

  • Modeling as an effective enterprise management tool

    The mathematical models used as an instrument of management by an enterprise are examined in the article. A review is conducted of mathematical models, investigating influence of different factors on the level of production with the use of productive functions. The models of business processes are examined. Advantages and lacks of the indicated models are analysed. Supposition is done that by the actual and effective instrument of management an imitation design that is confirmed by the examples of already existent system-dynamic models of home and foreign researchers can become a modern enterprise. On the basis of analysis of existent theoretical models the applied possibilities of the use of design are demonstrated taking into account the difficult and dynamic structure of co-operation of productive components.
