The compositions of self-compacting fine-grained concrete using mineral additives such as silica, limestone flour and trepel, as well as polycarboxylate superplasticizer, have been studied. The main attention is paid to the effect of the composition of the mixture on the compressive and flexural strength, density, water resistance and frost resistance of concrete. The test results showed that samples with silica demonstrate increased strength, while the introduction of trepel and limestone flour reduces this indicator. The highest density and frost resistance (F600) were achieved in formulations with silica, without additional additives. The work highlights the importance of optimizing the grain composition of aggregates and the choice of plasticizers to improve concrete performance.

It is found that a sufficiently high catalytic activity of the metal oxide electrode is due to the state of phase disordering of the coating surface due to the presence of highly dispersed spinel-like and rutile-like phases of solid solutions, as well as the nature of the distribution of these phases in the coating volume. The possibility of formation of disordered and partially ordered spinel-like phases of the form (Co,Mn)3-xO4 is analyzed

The possibility of formation of a certain set of disordered and partially ordered phases of solid solutions with defective spinel structures is analyzed. The compositions and symmetry of the structures of ordered phases and the nature of the change in residual disordering depending on the degree of deviation from the stoichiometry of the structural type of normal spinel are theoretically determined.

Hot stamping of porous billets (GSPZ) is considered. Structural steels obtained with the use of GSPZ technology are significantly inferior in terms of machinability by cutting similar in chemical composition to cast and hot-rolled steels. Various alloying elements are considered to improve the machinability of structural powder steels by cutting and their effect on physical and mechanical properties.

Hot stamping of porous preforms is considered. Structural steels obtained with the technology of hot stamping of porous blanks are much inferior in terms of machinability by cutting similar cast and hot-rolled steels to the chemical composition. The reasons for the poor machinability of cutting structural steel powders are given.
