  • Information-measuring system of input control and quality analysis of components

    To ensure the correct and continuous operation of all electronic devices, it is necessary that all components of these devices correspond to their declared characteristics. In this article, an information-measuring system for incoming control and analysis of the quality of components is being developed. Structural and functional diagrams of the system were developed. A natural experiment was carried out.

  • Digital weather station with measurement of geomagnetic field parameters

    This article discusses the development of a digital weather station with the measurement of geomagnetic field parameters. The advantage of the developed device is the possibility of simultaneous stable and correct operation of several sensors (namely 15), measurement accuracy at long distances (up to 300 meters). Structural and functional diagrams of the device have been developed. The voltage regulator of the device is designed in the Micro-Cap circuit analysis program. Experimental studies of the finished device were carried out.

  • Increasing the level of automation of data collection processes on identified events and incidents of information security

    The relevance of the study is due to the need to increase the level of automation of the data collection process when using the services of information security centers (security operation centers) and information security incident management systems (SIEM systems). The article presents a comparison of the most popular SIEM systems, as well as the possibilities of their connection to various data sources on identified events and incidents of information security. This article is aimed at identifying a method (or method) for collecting data on information security events and incidents using console I/O information interaction interfaces in automatic mode. The requirements for the process of automatic data collection on identified events and incidents of information security are defined. The possibilities of the available mathematical apparatus allowing to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed solution are revealed. An algorithm is presented that allows to implement the proposed solution to the software implementation. The materials of the article are of practical value for specialists and developers working in the field of information security, as well as theoretical value for researchers carrying out their research both in the field of information security and in the field of information technology in general.

  • The algorythm of building of dissymmetric bigram cryptosystem,based on diophantine difficulty

    The objective need to improve information security systems in the conditions of information-telecommunication technologies developing is shown. A new area of NP-complete promplems of diophantine analisys is firstly researched, namely Tarry–Escott multigrade diophantine equation systems (MDES) of given dimension and degree. The theorems, that describe parametrical MDES parametric solution properties, required for the development of the algorythm of building of dissymmetric bigram cryptosystem, are given in the article. The author's theorem, which allows to develop information protection system (IPS) mathematical model as a cortege, containing diophantine probleme. A new approach to develop dissymmetric bigram cryptosystem(DBC) on the base of two-parametrical MDES solution, which generalize open key cryptosystem, is considered. Forward and reverse conversions based on parametrical solution are suggested tyo realize on such algorythm. A new concept of equivalence of ordered sets of numbers (parameters) of a given dimension and order is introduced to build DBC mathematical model, using two-parametrical MDES solution. Described mathematical model demonstrates application potential of diophantine equations for IPS with a high degree of reliability.

  • Development of microprocessor control system for seed sowing

    Automation of agriculture is currently a promising and actively developing branch of robotics. At the moment, there are many foreign analogues offering ready-made solutions for automatic control of sowing crops. However, in Russia, most of the sowing is carried out on mechanized plants under the mandatory supervision of a highly qualified specialist in the maintenance of the plant.

  • Models of formation of integration projects on the basis of growth points of subjects of the southern Federal district

    Research of models of formation of integration projects on the basis of points of growth reveals a number of important aspects related to the stages and management of their implementation. The focus on the formation and support of growth points essentially excludes the use of unary models in the planning and implementation of projects within the framework of national programs. In order to overcome the limitations imposed by this type of project, various integrative mechanisms are proposed. The peculiarity of the considered binary models describing the integration mechanisms is the preservation of the basic cycle of the project points of growth within the national program. However, the introduction of additional contours in the model with growth accelerators, with related or integrated projects, as well as attracted resources can reduce the risks caused by high rates of development and innovation issues. The integration potential of the binary model with the project of the growth point in the basic circuit generates a dynamic competitive advantage, i.e. a sustainable, increasing advantage over time that is not related to the amount of initial funding. This advantage generates a powerful growth cycle that can provide a significant increase in profitability over a long period of time. The integrative nature of growth point projects should be envisaged already at the planning stage of national programmes with appropriate monitoring and funding instruments.

  • Engineering open public forum "Rozmysly" model of open professional community

    The present publication continues the presentation of the results of the project of creation of Russia's first Engineering forum for scientific and technological activities, social and technological entrepreneurship "Rozmysly", developing the principles of open public interdisciplinary electronic environment. The development of new communication technologies in the framework of educational projects on the forum platform is revealed. Educational projects make it possible to involve in scientific engineering knowledge an even wider range of specialists-practitioners, research engineers, young scientists, applicants, graduate students, students by providing them with opportunities for remote participation in educational projects. It is shown that the basic advantage is achieved through the implementation of the principle of professional social network, which is a kind of interdisciplinary scientific and technological engineering forum.The project "Engineering open public forum of scientific and technological activities, social and technological entrepreneurship "Rozmysly" of the Rostov branch of the Russian engineering Academy is carried out using the grant of the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society, provided by the presidential grants Fund.

  • “Rozmysly” public open engineering forum of scientific and technological activities, social and technological entrepreneurship

    The project for creation of the first in Russia Engineering Forum of scientific and technological activities, social and technological entrepreneurship “Rozmysly” is presented, this forum develops the principles of an open public interdisciplinary electronic environment. The substantiation of the social significance of the project is given. The new project implies involving an even wider range of practitioners, research engineers, young scientists, applicants, graduate students, students and even senior pupils in scientific engineering knowledge by providing them with the opportunity to publish, read and discuss the results of promising research and development works, engineering solutions, inventions and rationalization or innovative proposals in the form of an electronic preprint. Conceptually, the project represents a new culture of scientific publications based on global and mini Internet platforms. It is shown that the basic advantage is achieved through the implementation of an open access initiative. From the date of publication, the material is available for the widest possible range of readers. The project is a kind of an interdisciplinary scientific and technological engineering forum.

  • Simulation of thermal creep inhomogeneous thick-walled cylinder axisymmetric

    The complete cycle of flat axisymmetrical problem solving is given in this paper: from getting the main resolving equation to solving the practical problem of polymeric tube creepage. Two non-linear laws of “stress-deformation” union are used: Maxwell-Gurevich law and Maxwell-Tomson law. Camparison and analysis of the obtained data are given, as in some cases it is enough to use Maxwell-Tomson equation than to use more complex Maxwell-Gurevich union equation. Solving of the problem is given with the use of numerical method – finite difference method. In the case of the temperature field, all physical-mechanical parameters of the material (elastic and relaxation) are taken as the temperature function. Thees, the non-uniformity of the material is considered. To determine the temperature field Furje heat transfer equation is used.

  • Calculation of reinforced concrete arch with the creep of concrete

    The article presents basic equations for reinforced concrete elements that are experiencing bending moment and axial force, taking into account the creep of concrete. The stress-strain state of reinforced concrete statically determinate three–hinged arch is investigated on the basis of these equations. Also for this task we gained the resolving equations of finite element method and compared the numerical-analytical calculation with the numerical performed using the finite element method to the arch loaded with a uniformly distributed load and having the shape of a circular arc. The calculations used viscoelastic model, according to which the total deformation is the sum of concrete elastic deformation and creep. We consider a rectangular cross section with symmetrical reinforcement. It is shown that because of creep stress redistribution between concrete and reinforcement arises.

  • Determination of long-term critical loads for compressed polymer rods with nonlinear creep

    The article provides information about method of sustainability calculation of compressed polymer rods taking into account nonlinear creep . As the law of the relationship between stress and strain is used nonlinear equation of Maxwell-Gurevich. Derived from the analysis of the resolving equations with time tends to infinity, we obtain an expression for a long critical force in the case of constant rigidity of the rod.

  • Plane strain condition polymer of the cylinder in terms of thermoviscoplastic

    The resolving equations for determining stress-strain state of thick-walled polymeric cylindrical shell under plane strain state with changes in temperature and highly elastic strains. Into law that describes the relation between stress and creep strain, the nonlinear equation of Maxwell-Gurevich. The solution is performed numerically using the finite element method.

  • The practice of database formation for live monitoring university's development activity indices and it's rating growth

    We examine database formation that reflects university's development activity indices and it's rating improvement - for this we use the system developed for the Southern Federal University. The task of choosing a multiparametric DBMS is described. Entity-relationship model as a tool for database conceptual design is built. The database of formation and processing process is also modelled, for this we use the UML notation activity diagram.
